We chose this campground as full hookups are available. Yes, 30/50 amp, water and sewer! The area is still gravel, not paved, but it looks like they are "getting around to it"!

We have chosen well! During the week, the campground was not crowded. We shall return for sure--aiming for this time of year, and reserving a site in advance to ensure a good one! And, there is Verizon, 3G in the campground! Little phone reception elsewhere--but we are able to update the blog with our wifi!

These pictures were taken before the weather "turned"--notice the door opened! The sky is clear, not a cloud in the sky today, but the wind has blown and the temperature is in the low 60's. It is chilly! We are NOT complaining, however! We can see the snow on the mountains, and it can stay there!

Wednesday afternoon clouds formed, providing good material for a sunset.







We are loving the desert air and the many sights to see! More postings to follow!
